Eligibility Criteria:

Both MM2H and S-MM2H programs are open to individuals and families, including retirees, professionals, and expatriates.
Applicants must be in good health and possess the financial means to support themselves during their stay in Malaysia.
Age Requirement:
Age requirements may vary depending on the specific MM2H program you choose. For S-MM2H it is for those age 30 and above.
For property purchase or rent:
Standard MM2H program: eligibility may be linked to age categories, with different criteria for individuals in various age groups.
Sarawak MM2H program: Only those aged 40 categories are required to purchase a property with a value of RM 600,000 in Kuching or RM 500,000 in other Sarawak Divisions.
Financial Requirements:
Standard MM2H Program: Applicants must show proof of financial capability by meeting specific income and financial criteria. This includes demonstrating a minimum monthly income or liquid assets.
Sarawak MM2H program: Monthly income for Individuals: RM 7,000 Couples: RM 10,000.
